RIZMEC Inc. ("RIZMEC", "we", "our") maintains an absolute commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and technical sovereignty. We engineer software solutions designed to adhere strictly to global regulatory frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and SOC 2 Type II controls.
2. Information Collection & Usage
We collect information provided directly by enterprise clients and prospective partners solely for the purpose of architectural scoping, contractual execution, and technical support. This includes corporate contact details, technical specifications, and telemetry data transmitted during platform utilization.
3. Neural Data & AI Model Training
RIZMEC enforces a strict zero-leakage policy regarding customer proprietary data. Client data ingested through VectorFlow, neural endpoints, or custom agent swarms is never used to train generalized foundation models without explicit, written cryptographic consent.
4. Security Controls & Encryption
All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Cryptographic tokens and audit snapshots are immutably signed to prevent tampering.
